The 2017 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is a striking and powerful grand tourer that embodies Ferrari's legacy of blending high-performance capabilities with luxurious comfort. Introduced as the successor to the 599 GTB Fiorano, the F12 Berlinetta represents a significant leap forward in terms of design, technology, and performance.At the heart of the F12 is a naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V12 engine, delivering a breathtaking 731 horsepower and 509 lb-ft of torque. This powerhouse allows the F12 to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just around 3 seconds, making it one of the fastest and most exhilarating GT cars of its time.
This is not your average F12 Berlinetta though, it is a 70th Anniversary Edition! To commemorate Ferrari's 70 years as a brand they wanted to commemorate 70 special cars throughout the years and reintroduce them on modern models! Only 350 of the 70th anniversary cars were made and they made 50 of each model at the time which were the 488 GTB, 488 Spider, GTC4 Lusso, California T and the F12 Berlinetta! Our example here is modeled after a 1954 Ferrari 500 Mondial Spyder, aka "Heartthrob".
The exterior design of the F12 Berlinetta is a perfect marriage of aerodynamic efficiency and classic Ferrari styling cues. Its stunning Blu Elettrico Paint shines incredibly in the sun and has Factory numbers painted on the sides of the car from the Factory, as well as the fact that on the top of the bonnet to mimic the red stripe on the original car, you'll see a painted stripe on the top of the bonnet of this car!
Inside the cabin, it has been gone through by Ferrari's Tailor Made Program and features "Jean Aunde Rosso" which essentially a Jean type of Fabric as well as the factor that the entire rest of the interior is lined with Leather including Floor Boards/Headliner and the Entire Trunk! This car being modeled after a 50's race car, there wasn't exactly a lot of Carbon Fiber used back in the day, so no Carbon Fiber is used on the Dashboard or Doors, instead it was opted out for Aluminum Accents!
We are proud to offer this stunning example of a F12 Berlinetta and 2017 is also the last year of the F12, as well as the last car to be designed by Pininfarina! It has covered just over 2,700 miles since new!
